We are looking for a pharmaceutical technician trainee (m/f/d) for the 2026 training year. The training will start on August 1, 2026, and will last for 3.5 years.
Training takes place in a friendly and supportive atmosphere within our 18-strong production team.
You will also gain insights into quality control, logistics, and pharmaceutical documentation. Some of your work will be carried out on modern industrial equipment.
In addition to theoretical knowledge transfer at vocational school, you will gain practical experience at our company. Practical knowledge that cannot be taught at our company will be taught at the Saxon Education Society for Environmental Protection and Chemical Professions Dresden mbH (SBG).

Your tasks
- You will learn how medicines are manufactured from chemical and plant-based active ingredients.
- You will accompany the product from the provision of materials through sterile manufacturing to final packaging.
- You will learn about exciting processes such as the sterilization of equipment and the freeze-drying of products, and you will operate the pharmaceutical production facilities.
- You will check the quality of the products using samples.
Your profile
- You will have completed your secondary school education, technical college entrance qualification, or general university entrance qualification by the start of your training.
- You enjoy and understand technical and scientific topics and have good fine motor skills.
- You work accurately and carefully.
- You enjoy working with pharmaceutical production equipment.
