Every year brings new challenges due to changing regulations and requirements from legislators and the UN. I find this variety very motivating – there is no monotonous work here. In addition to my regular accounting tasks, I can also contribute to projects. My responsibilities are wide-ranging.

During my time at ROTOP, I have developed from a pure financial accountant into an all-rounder and eventually into a team leader. My areas of responsibility have steadily grown, and ROTOP has placed a great deal of trust in me. That is a great honor for me.

My team feels like a family, which makes work enjoyable and motivates me to come in every day. This family-like atmosphere throughout the company is truly unique. We get along very well, every issue is taken seriously, and we work together to find solutions.

I have now been with ROTOP for nine years, and I am very happy here. From the employer’s perspective, I have been both challenged and supported. Even when things do not go as planned, ROTOP gives us the space to continue growing and to learn from our mistakes.
