Your tasks
- Ensuring the smooth operation of building services and technical building equipment (TGA) at pharmaceutical and radiopharmaceutical sites (including HVAC, media supply, building automation)
- Planning, controlling, and monitoring inspections, maintenance, and repairs by internal teams and external service providers
- Creating and further developing maintenance plans, including budget planning and cost control (maintenance budget)
- Ensuring statutory inspection and maintenance intervals – particularly in the areas of radiation protection, GMP, and EHG (energy/building-related specifications)
- Complete documentation of all maintenance and repair measures as well as (re-)qualification in accordance with GMP guidelines (audit-proof, traceable, complete)
- Implementation of technical projects and active participation in new construction, conversion, and expansion projects (e.g., plant/building adaptations, optimizations, modernizations)
- Interface work with engineering, quality control (QC), and the new construction/project team – for smooth handover, clear responsibilities, and stable processes
Your profile
- Completed degree in industrial engineering (focus on mechanical engineering or electrical engineering) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in technical service/maintenance/operational engineering, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment
- Very high IT affinity and enthusiasm for introducing and developing new IT systems, especially in maintenance management
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to work, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, organizational skills, and quick comprehension
