Your tasks
- Acceptance, entry, and processing of customer orders in the field of radiopharmaceuticals and medicines
- Preparation of quotations and maintenance of master data in the ERP system
- Preparation and handling of shipments within the US and to other EU countries
- Commissioning and tracking of shipments (tracking/coordination)
- Support with monthly reporting and preparation of evaluations
Note: You will not be working in an environment exposed to radiation. Radioactive substances are only delivered to the customer (e.g., practice/clinic).
Your profile
- Completed training, e.g., retail salesperson, freight forwarding agent (m/f/d) or comparable
- Experience in order processing, customer service, or customer support
- Confident use of MS Office, ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAGE, Business Central)
- Good English skills for working in an international context
